A Career Shaped by the Love of the Game

⚾️ For Paul Thorp (BBA ’09), Baylor was just the beginning of an incredible journey in baseball and beyond. A standout pitcher for Baylor Baseball, Paul found more than just success on the field—he found a lifelong connection to the university.

Now serving as Baylor’s Director of Sports Outreach for Alumni Engagement, Paul is grateful to give back to the place that shaped him so significantly by hosting popular events, such as Baylor Alumni Tailgates, Coaches' Tours, the Lunch with a Legend series, and more. His Baylor legacy continues with his family, including Brandon (BS ’20) and Aidon (’25), proudly following as Bears.
