Ring Round Up

Ring Round Up invitations will be emailed to those who purchased rings from Jostens or San Jose during the ring order timeframes. See below for ring order deadlines.

If you purchased a licensed Baylor ring outside of these timeframes, you may submit an invitation request by emailing BaylorAlumni@baylor.edu. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, based on event capacity at the time your request is received

Fall 2024 Ring Round Up: December 11, 2024
Rings ordered from Jostens between September 1 and October 25, 2024 will be sent to Baylor for the Fall 2024 Ring Round Up.

Spring 2025 Ring Round Up: May 8, 2025
Rings ordered from Jostens between October 26, 2024 and March 20, 2025 will be sent to Baylor for the Spring 2025 Ring Round Up.
