Fall Ring Week

Eligible students may meet with Balfour representatives to view ring samples, determine their ring size, and place their orders. Rings ordered during Fall Ring Week will be shipped by Balfour to Baylor in early December and may be picked up at Ring Round Up on December 7, 2023.
Spring Ring Week
Monday, February 12 – Friday, February 16, 2024

Eligible students may meet with Balfour representatives view ring samples, determine their ring size, and place their orders. Rings ordered during Spring Ring Week will be shipped by Balfour to Baylor in late April and may be picked up at Ring Round Up on May 3, 2024.
Ring Round Up
*Our newest Ring Tradition, Ring Round Up will be held in place of the Baylor Ring Ceremony.
Ring Round Up is a fun, inclusive, family-friendly event with photo opportunities, Dr Pepper floats, live music, and more! All Balfour rings ordered by students during Ring Week may be picked up at Ring Round Up. Students and alumni who have previously purchased rings are welcome to join in the fun as well! *Advance registration required – registration link coming soon.

Ring Eligibility
- Baylor alumni and undergraduate students who have achieved 75 or more credit hours.
- Graduate students who have completed 18 credit hours toward their degree.
- Ph.D. students who have completed 30 credit hours toward their degree.
The Official Baylor Ring Scholarship
Each Official Baylor Ring purchase helps support the Official Baylor Ring Scholarship fund, which will help ensure that the Official Baylor Ring is attainable for eligible students in need. The application window for the Fall 2023 semester is August 1 through September 21, 2023.
Scholarship Criteria
- Scholarship applicants must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 12 semester hours.
- Scholarship applicants must have completed a minimum of 75 hours (undergraduate) or 18 hours (graduate).
- Scholarship applicants must have an overall GPA of 2.8 on a scale of 4.0.
- Scholarship applicants must demonstrate a financial need (through current FAFSA and CSS Profile on file with Baylor’s Financial Aid Office).
- Scholarship applicants must submit both an online application and a written essay consisting of at least 300 and no more than 500 words. Both the application and essay must be submitted by the deadline.
Scholarship Distributions
Scholarships may be awarded during Fall and Spring Ring Weeks. Scholarship recipients will receive $1,000 deposited to their student account to purchase their Official Baylor Ring from Balfour. The scholarship funds awarded must be used in their entirety for the purchase of the Official Baylor Ring.
