Drawing on his extensive experience in investment management and behavioral finance, Dr. Davidson will share lessons and insights into the human side of decision-making.

ABOUT OUR SPEAKER

Dr. Erik Davidson previously served as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) for Wells Fargo Private Bank, where he led more than 400 investment professionals managing over $200 billion in assets. With 35 years of financial services experience, he brings extensive expertise in investment management, portfolio strategy, and behavioral finance.

Today, Davidson serves as Chief Economic Advisor for Inspire Investing, the world's largest Christian ETF provider. He is also a Clinical Professor of Finance at Baylor University, where he was recently honored with Baylor's 2025-2026 Outstanding Faculty Award for excellence in teaching and student impact. 

Erik Davidson will discuss and share lessons learned based on his extensive experience in managing investment portfolios and behavioral finance. His discussion Investing for Humans will examine how human psychology, emotions, cognitive biases, and human behavior shape our choices, both financially and in everyday life.
