Finding Her People & Living Her Purpose
For Jerusha Hull (BA ’08), Baylor is more than where she earned a degree, it’s where her life and calling took root. As a Psychology and Criminal Justice double major, Jerusha found her people through All University Sing with Sing Alliance and leadership in Psi Chi, forming friendships that still define her community today. Those Baylor friends have grown right alongside her and are now the “aunties” her daughters know and love.
The values Jerusha gained at Baylor — compassion, excellence, and care for the whole person — continue to guide her work as a licensed clinical social worker and founder of Virtue Counseling, where she supports women and families through some of life’s most tender seasons. Whether she’s leading workshops, creating resources for new parents, or bringing her girls back to campus to visit her old dorm, Jerusha carries Baylor with her every step of the way.
