With an entrepreneurial spirit informed by a Christian worldview, Aaron Graft has built a rewarding career and life, exploring new horizons and modeling his business ventures upon servant leadership. That same entrepreneurial spirit shaped both his college selection process and his decision to found Triumph Bancorp, Inc., a publicly traded financial holding company in Dallas where he serves as vice chairman and CEO. As a leader in business, Aaron does not shy from his faith, keeping servant leadership informed by a Christian worldview central to the mission at Triumph.
