Dale Wallace is Co-Founder and CEO of LYTE, a Christian AI platform built as a values-aligned alternative to mainstream artificial intelligence tools. Positioned as “AI Christians Can Trust,” LYTE equips believers to engage emerging technology in a way that reflects biblical conviction and cultural clarity. Under Dale’s leadership, the company is pioneering faith-forward innovation at the intersection of theology, technology, and everyday life.
In addition to leading LYTE, Dale serves as Vice President of Innovation and Marketing and Vice President of Business Development at Wellspring, where he advances values-based education and consulting. His entrepreneurial career spans more than a decade across education, ministry, and nonprofit leadership. He served as Executive Director of Vertical Ministries at Baylor University, guiding the organization through a season of strategic growth, and now serves on its board of directors. Dale also led the college ministry at Harris Creek Baptist Church, investing in the spiritual formation of the next generation. He is a certified mediator and has served as an emcee for Baylor University athletic events.
Dale earned a BBA in Entrepreneurship from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business. He and his wife, Jacie, live in the Waco area with their four children under four, whom he considers his most meaningful and rewarding venture
