Jeremy Fudge serves as CEO of BAL, where he drives the firm’s vision and commitment to “Pursue the Exceptional” in every aspect of its strategy and operations. Recognized among Texas CEO Magazine’s top 5% of employee-rated CEOs, Jeremy has also been honored as an Outstanding Director by Dallas Business Journal and is listed in The Legal 500 Hall of Fame. He is an Eminent Practitioner by Chambers and Partners, an Elected Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, and has been named one of the nation’s 20 Most Powerful Corporate Immigration Lawyers by Lawdragon. Jeremy serves on the boards of Leadchange, Lead5, and Greater Europe Mission, and is actively involved with Baylor University initiatives, including Baylor Built, the Give Light campaign, and the NIL Advisory Council.

Jeremy earned a B.S. in Journalism and Political Science from Baylor University in 1997. He and his wife, Kristy, are parents to four daughters: Brynna, Addison, Calley, and Delaynie.
