ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
LeeAnn Haynes-Streams is a Houston-area native, growing up in Baytown, TX. After graduating from Ross Sterling High School, she went on to Baylor University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in the summer of 2001. She then returned to the Houston-area to continue her pursuit in the love of the art of dance and became a ballet teacher before moving to Los Angeles. Little did she know the time spent in LA would spark her interest in hosting events, where she had the pleasure of bartending at events such as the Oscars, the GRAMMYs, the MTV Video Music Awards, and numerous fancy, private parties in the beautiful mansions of Malibu, Bel-Air, and Beverly Hills.
After four years in LA, LeeAnn retuned to Houston to attend graduate school and obtained a Master of Arts in Criminology from the University of Houston. During that time, she completed an internship with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and was able to turn that internship into a full-time career for 14 years with the FBI as an Intelligence Analyst, working primarily on Counterterrorism and Russian Counterintelligence investigations, then serving as the Intelligence Liaison throughout her last three years with the FBI, working side-by-side with the Houston Police Department and other local, state, and federal agencies, focusing largely on special events.
With a very special birthday request from her then 5-year-old daughter, Mrs. Streams set aside her FBI work and used this party as a catalyst. She fully pursued her love of events, all things print and fancy, and the desire to be her own boss to create Aston Malone’s Tea and Party Room, set to open late Spring of 2024.
LeeAnn is a member of Trinity Gardens Church of Christ. Her interests are traveling, shopping, sharing her passion for the arts, architecture and dance with others, considers herself a foodie, loves coffee (and tea), and all things fancy!!
Last, but not least, and most importantly, Mrs. Streams is a God-fearing wife to her wonderful husband Orlan of 11 years, whom she met in the elevator at FBI Houston, a mother to her stepchildren Khaila (23) and Arlen (17), The Boss, Grey Annalise (8), and her fur baby, Henry (14).
